Construction Guidance/ Management
Swell Décor is happy to help you make some of the hardest decisions while building your forever home or renovating your current space. No more second guessing--our team can guide you in the right direction and help you make decisions so that contractors are not waiting on answers that can cause lots of unnecessary delays. This service is $225/hour and booked in advance in a block of 10 hours.

Luxury Full Service Design
The Swell Décor team prides itself on a personalized interior design process that keeps clients coming back time and time again. Your home should be a place you can call your own and one that identifies with you and your family. We enjoy the process of working closely with our clients and building long lasting relationships. Virtual Design
We understand that a full service design process is not a match for everyone, which is why we offer virtual interior design to accommodate our clients who need more flexibility while still getting a personalized, professional design experience. While this service is through a computer screen, we still take the time to get to know you and your needs and how we can best design your dream spaces. During this service, you will receive the same care and attention as one of our construction management clients and even our luxury full service design clients
- CAD drawings of Floor plans for potential furniture layouts
- A complete design concept that include products from easily accessible retailers that fit the Swell Decor design philosophy
- A virtual presentation for better clarification of our selections
- Detailed product source list in spreadsheet format to assist you in ordering/tracking your design selections

Engage and Discover
Conduct a Discovery Call with someone on our team. Fill out our design questionnaire to help us understand more about your style and interior preferences
Site Visit
The Swell Décor team will visit your home to discuss with you the project scope and timeline. We will also take measurements and photos
Execution
Once selections have been made and orders have been placed, your design will enter the project management phase that includes tracking and organizing of deliveries.
Presentation
You will join us at the Swell Décor design studio where we will present multiple design options that include furniture and accessory selections along with samples of their finishes.
Design
The Swell Décor team will use your chosen design concept to begin building design boards by sourcing furniture and accessories according to your lifestyle, wants, and needs.
Conceptualization
We will begin pulling inspiration, color palettes, and materials to create the design concept. Plan proposals, project fees, and overall design investments are discussed.
Installation
Pop the cork! Your selections are here and ready to be installed. The Swell Décor team, along with the deliverers, will go into your home and make placements of furniture and accessories according to our design concept.
